Micellar water is a cleanser, containing suspended surfactant molecules which, by nature, attract dirt and oil.  It is essentially oil suspended in water that helps remove dirt and makeup more easily,  the go to product for removing stubborn waterproof mascara and long-lasting liquid liptick.
 
Directions of use: use a reusable face pad to remove make up or dirt.  To remove any residue from mecellar water, wash again after use.
